Private Practice Seeking Part-Time Dental Hygienist


Dental practice in south city St. Louis is accepting resumes for a part-time dental hygienist to join our caring, patient focused team. Hourly salary will be based on experience and qualifications. DENTAL HYGIENE FACULTY POSITIONS

AT MISSOURI COLLEGE

 

The Dental Hygiene Program at Missouri College is seeking applications for full time, part time and adjunct didactic and clinical faculty/instructors.  Recruitment and appointment for these position is ongoing.

 

Incumbents will have the following essential functions and responsibilities:

 

  1. Didactic, pre-clinical and clinical teaching of associate of arts degree students;
  2. Course implementation and evaluation;
  3. Implementing and adhering to all school policies and regulations, including taking and recording accurate daily attendance and grades
  4. Providing students with and ensuring an educational environment that promotes academic excellence;
  5. Cooperating with, and assisting other staff members
  6. Working with the Program Director and College Administrators to continually strive to better the school operations through participation in workshops, meetings, proposals, and committees;
  7. Completing professional development work as per Standards of Accreditation

 

Education and Skills:

 

Candidates must have:

 

  1. Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  2. Possession of a baccalaureate or higher degree;
  3. Background in education and/or teaching and prior academic advisement experience preferred;
  4. Current clinical practice experience;
  5. Demonstrated leadership ability;
  6. Current license allowing to work in the State of Missouri as a Dental Hygienist;
  7. Minimum four years of experience in the field of Dental Hygiene.
